Credits and plans

Credits pay for AI work in Sundream, including assistant requests, writing, images, video, and audio. Your balance belongs to the workspace you're using.

Image and video generation controls show an estimate before you start. The model, duration, resolution, and other settings affect the cost. Generating another version is a new request and uses additional credits.

Assistant costs depend on the model calls and tools used during a request. Open Activity in the assistant to review recorded calls and costs. A running request's cost may still be updating.

When you bring your own agent, its writing and planning are billed by that agent's provider. Media it generates through Sundream uses your workspace's credits.

Monthly credits and plans

Plans include a recurring credit allowance. Monthly plans receive it with the billing cycle; annual plans receive their allowance in monthly installments rather than all at once. Public plans are billed per workspace member, with credits pooled in the workspace. Existing subscriptions retain the allowance attached to their purchased plan; it may differ from current pricing.

Manage billing

Use Settings → Billing to manage your subscription. Review the amount and effective date shown before confirming a plan change. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period, with no charge or proration today. Your current plan remains active until then. The new credit allowance begins after the renewal payment; annual allowances arrive in 12 monthly installments. Canceling renewal also removes a scheduled plan change. For credits sooner, use a one-time top-up.
